What's Knot to Love

"It's better to know a knot and not need it than to need a knot and not know it."

The folks at animatedknots.com certainly got that right! For weaving, there's a lot of different knots you'll need and want to know.  This web page is one of the best knot tying tutorial pages I've seen.

Common weaving knots to know are: Weaver's Knot (aka Weaver's Hitch, Becket Bend, Becket Hitch, Bowline, Sheet Bend), Lark's Head knot (aka Cow Hitch),  Clinch Knot, Surgeons Knot, Overhand Knot and the Square knot.

Have fun getting all tied up in your work!
